I think that our society has facilitated low self-esteem in women. It’s not easy to be self-confident, in a world that has a skewed version of perfect.

I think of myself as a very confident and secure person, and even I have trouble facing the world without make-up. I rarely leave the house with a bare face.

I’m thirty years old and proud of the skin I’m in, but it’s still difficult to be vulnerable. The only way to grow is to challenge yourself, so here goes!
